FAQs
- What is your turnaround time? Typically two weeks or less. Factors such as design complexity, order size, digitization approval and material sourcing directly impact these timelines.
- What is DTF? Direct-to-Film (also known as DTF) is exactly what it sounds like. You print an artwork on special film and transfer it to fabric or other textiles.
- Are there any setup fees? There is a one time setup fee if you upload a custom logo to be converted into an embroidery design. Contact for more details.
- How much will it cost? There are four costs you need to be aware of when ordering custom apparel: Setup Cost, Embroidery/ DTF Cost, Garment Cost, and Shipping Cost. Contact for an estimate.
- Are there any limitations? Yes, especially when embroidering. Small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery. Additionally, the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on.
- Do I have to supply shirts, caps, etc. that I want embroidered? No, you can order garments from our catalog. We offer top brands. Contact for more information.
Can I bring my own files? Yes, absolutely! We gladly accept your custom embroidery designs in .EMB or .DST formats. For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, we require high-resolution PNG or TIFF files at a minimum of 300 DPI. This ensures we deliver the sharpest, most vibrant results possible for your project. If your file doesn’t meet these specs, our team can help optimize it—feel free to reach out!
